We will not accept any claim after 14 days from delivery, please check your item thoroughly upon delivery and notify us immediately via email of any defect.
We do not guarantee any manufacturers or publishers comments, warranties, promotions or statements, this includes game-play, quality of inclusions, inclusions or enjoyment, please check independent reviews and game-play prior to purchase.

Deliveries are made by our preferred Carrier (generally Australia Post Express Post) to the shipping address stipulated in your order.
The standard delivery fee is $20 AUD including GST per shipment.
Generally speaking, if you are in a metropolitan area of Australia, you should receive your order within 5-7 working days, but no guarantee is made to this effect.
Items shipped are in good or as new condition, any damage, loss or theft is at your risk and where possible you are responsible to raise any claim with the carrier.
We will not accept claims for any items where insurance is not issued, is insufficient or not paid for.
We will strive to get your order to you in the timeliest manner possible.
If we are not able to dispatch your Products within 5 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by either phone or by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery or offer a refund.
We will only ship to the purchasers within Australia, and to a recognised residential address.
Should you require a delivery to a post office or P.O. box address you will need to contact us via email for our further requirements. We do not allow the use of re-shippers.
We are unable to accept any liability where the wrong delivery address has been given due to customer error.
